OWLS Mentor/Mentee Match Program
The mission of this program is to offer a meaningful connection for our promising female graduate students to learn more about the journeys of our female faculty members, build their network, and gain insights into navigating the world as a woman in STEM.
We pair female first or second year students with a female faculty member (who is not their PI) to serve as a career mentor throughout their time at Temple and beyond. Our faculty also get the chance to connect with and impact the next generation of scientists beyond the students in their lab.
At Temple we are lucky enough to have an incredible group of female faculty and students, and through this program we aim to establish more formal and diverse connections that strengthen our community and culture.
